to take a look at adjustable bed frame

going to take a look at the technology

connect the foot motor to the control
box then connect the power from the
control box to the power adapter and
then connect the power adapter to the
input wire and you're done now it's time
to put the adjustable base on top of the
box springs just a heads up you should
use two people for this job but I'm
flying solo today so it's just me and
just a heads up the mowers that you see
under the bed base have been thoroughly
tested more than ten thousand times
under lows of 750 pounds which allows
for multiple people on this bed at the
same time this bed base includes side
rails and Foot Rails which help keep the
bed from moving around just a heads up I
installed the foot rail at the bottom
but did not install the side rails only
because my bed is larger than the bed
base however our Tempur-Pedic California
king is pretty heavy so once we got it
on the base it didn't move around at all
and you want to make sure that the bed
is clear of any obstacles after the bed
is positioned perfectly go ahead and
plug in the controller and next insert
the three AAA batteries into the remote
which are not included and now give it a
test this remote has four adjustment
buttons the head up and down the foot up
and down a zero gravity button and
return to Flat button this also includes
two memory buttons and an underbed
lighting button
that's pretty nice
it's pretty freaking nice
but my feet kind of want to beat up a
little bit let's do that

yeah it goes back in so we tested this
adjustable bed frame for over a week and
I can say without a doubt is that my
wife and I got better sleep in the last
seven days than we've had in the last
seven years
simply amazing but the one adjustment
that really made the difference
was sleeping with our heads elevated at
about 15 or 20 degrees this prevented

shoulders or neck or lower back we both
