ProtoArc XKM01 LX – The Ultimate Portable Keyboard for Travel

over the last 3 years I've traveled quite a bit and I always take my laptop mini PC or tablet so I can work on the road however I really dislike using laptop keyboards because they're small and very uncomfortable so I've been looking for a solution to my keyboard dilemma and I think I found it this is the Proto Arc foldable full-size keyboard and when I say it's a full-size keyboard that's exactly what you get and when this keyboard is folded it's half the size and very lightweight and the foldable keyboard is easily charged with this type-c port and a full charge lasts for hours when you unfold the keyboard it will lay flat and it's very thin and this makes it very comfortable on the wrists as far as the buttons go they're low profile and very smooth and the letters and numbers are printed large on the keys so it's very easy to see in low light all 16 multimedia function keys are at the top and all the number keys are on the right and the Direction buttons are at the bottom so it's a full-size standard keyboard that fits in your pocket the Proto art keyboard can be connected to your laptop tablet or PC via Bluetooth or 4G connection this model also includes a wireless low profile Mouse a USB type-c hub a 65w charging station and two type-c charging cables and everything fits in the Sleek carrying case however you could just bring the foldable keyboard and mouse and the charging cable and then stuff this in your jacket pocket purse or backpack super portable and super lightweight so I tested the xkm o1 LX for about a week and the keyboard and mouse both feel solid and respond nicely when the keyboard is folded the form factor is very small and you could put this keyboard in your pocket and if it's easily in a purse or small handbag or even a backpack and the size and the placement of all the keys is just like a standard key keyboard and that's a bonus as far as the pros and cons let's talk about the pros first first the keyboard feels solid and the hinges appear to be wellmade and solid as far as pairing goes it was very easy we first paired the keyboard and mouse with Bluetooth and then we paired it with a USB receiver both were very easy as far as the user manual goes it's very clear and concise with plenty of information and as far as the mouse goes it responds well and most of the buttons on the keyboard are in standard layout the home end page up and page down takes some getting used to but it's no big deal and one last thing about the keyboard that I like it does not slide around when you're using it even on a smooth and Slick surface and one last thing I love about this product is the charging Hub and the charging station and the 65w charging station even has an HDMI port pretty cool as far as the cons go about this product they're very minimal first there is no number lock light to indicate when the number pad is active but there is one for the caps lock and I'm not sure why we couldn't have both also remember to use the FN key at the bottom to use all the function keys however it's not a very big deal and you do get used to it and I'm sure it's more of a personal preference than a con and as far as the cons go that's about it the xk1 LX is perfect for travel and to be totally honest I'm going to use the keyboard at home as well this keyboard is way more comfortable than any of our laptop keyboards so if I had to rate this keyboard and mouse combo I'd give it a 9 out of 10 so guys and gals if you need a portable keyboard and mouse and a portable charging station then the xkm 01lx is the perfect choice and as usual all the product links will be listed below the price for the xkm 01lx is $99 however there'll be a discount code listed below to save you $36 and that makes this foldable keyboard mouse combo a great deal as always all product links will be listed below and with that guys make sure to like share subscribe and comment and for God's sakes smash the Bell icon and I'll see you in the next video real soon high five peace
